You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Refund Process and Timing
Once your return request is approved:
- You will receive instructions on how to send the product back
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the refund status
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
4. Exchange Options
We offer exchanges for eligible items in case of size issues, defects, or if you received the wrong product. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 of delivery at koushal0012@gmail.com with:
- Your order details
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos as proof
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods (if applicable)
- Items returned in used or damaged condition (not due to our error)
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, shipping charges may need to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
